Pink Sauce
Prepare the sauce according to the amount of the main dish. This recipe is based for a small ratio either on Tostones or Mofongo and can be used on any other meal and snack.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of Mayonnaise
1/2 cup of Ketchup
1 Garlic clove (if small use 3)
Directions:
1. Pour mayonnaise and ketchup in a shallow dish.
2. Stir it up until it turns pink
3. Mashed a clove of garlic until it becomes very thinly and loose.
4. Add the mashed garlic to the sauce and stir it well until disappear in the sauce.

Note: Do not exceed the number of garlic cloves. It is only to give a hint to the sauce. Exceeding the amount will make the sauce inedible.
